Forest to Fjord Bike Tour

Get ready for a unique biking experience through some of Oslo's wilderness! This 4-hour bike ride takes you through the Marka wilderness area outside of Oslo which is full of tasty wild berries, holds dozens of picturesque lakes, stunning views of Oslo and the Oslo Fjord as well as a rich wildlife including the majestic moose. During the tour, we take the time to stop at a traditional farm complex in the forest which now is a well-known cafe and restaurant. Our journey back to the city takes us along a beautiful river path where there are lots of beautiful waterfalls. Best of all? Nearly all of the bike tour is in car-free areas!

FITNESS LEVEL

Even though there's a lot of downhill on this bike tour, participants should be advanced bikers. The majority of the tour is on dirt and gravel roads where there are a few uphills but many fast downhills. The total distance of the tour is approximately 30km (18 miles). Minimum age is 16.
