Join us on a Kayak Tour in the heart of Fjord Norway!
While Folgefonna Glacier is the most famous attraction in Jondal, the fjord landscape is among the most beautiful in all of Norway. The great part of visiting Hardanger is the ease of traveling between a glacier and a fjord, a combination that needs to be experienced. In Jondal you're able to do both in one day!
The best way to experience Fjord Norway is from within a sea kayak, feeling that you're a part of the fjord. This 5km kayak tour takes you along the famous Hardangerfjord where you'll see some of Norway's most iconic landscapes.
You don't need prior experience with a sea kayak to attend this tour. The trip begins with an introduction and adjustment of equipment before we head to the fjord and you'll start learning basic technics, how to paddle, control the kayak and what to do if you turn over. When you feel comfortable and are able to control the kayak we begin to paddle towards Jonaneset or another destination, depending on waves and weather.

Good to know
If you are unlucky and turn over all your clothes can be wet; you should wear warm clothing for example wool. Bring also an extra set of clothing so you can change after the trip. You should also bring a towel. It is possible to have a shower at Juklafjord after the trip if you want.
