Kayaking on a Glacier is a once in a lifetime experience and now is the chance to do it! Join us on an exciting adventure where begin with a kayak trip on a glacier lake before parking the kayaks and taking a short hike on the 5000-year-old glacier. When hiking on the glacier we use proper equipment to ensure your safety on the blue ice. Here it's also possible to go on a real ice-climbing adventure, depending on your wishes and condition of the ice.

Since the water is cold (even for a Norwegian) we will wear dry suits during the kayak trip in the glacier lake. As we make our way to the Møsevass Glacier we are on the lookout for icebergs and if we're lucky we get to see one. Arriving the glacier we're treated with an incredible view of the blue ice coming into the lake.

When leaving the kayaks at the beach we head out for a short walk on the glacier (for those who chose this option in booking). The hike is adjusted to your wishes and it's normally possible to do some real ice-climbing as well. Since the ice is constantly changing the route depends on the conditions.

The total paddle tour is about 5 km and the glacier hike is 2-5 km. The trip lasts a total of 6-8 hours.
